EtherMed AI, Inc. ("EtherMed," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit ethermed.ai (the "Website"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This policy applies to information we collect on the Website, and does not apply to information collected offline or through any other means, including through any other website operated by EtherMed or any third party, or through any separate application or service (including any product-specific notices we provide).
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website:
- Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company, job title, and any other details you submit through contact forms, demo requests, newsletter sign-ups, or similar features.
- Technical information collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system and platform, referring/exit pages, and device identifiers.
- Usage information, such as pages visited, links clicked, time spent on pages, and other interactions with the Website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).
- Company and visitor-identification information. We use a third-party service (ZoomInfo) that links visitor IP addresses to company records, allowing us to identify the organizations (and, in some cases, likely individual visitors) browsing our Website for sales and marketing purposes.
If you submit a form on our Website, your prior anonymous browsing activity on the Website (pages viewed, first visit source, etc.) may be linked to your name and email address at that point and shared with our sales and marketing tools.
We do not knowingly collect protected health information (PHI) through this Website. If you interact with an EtherMed product or service that processes health information, that use is governed by a separate agreement and/or notice specific to that product, not this policy.
