Who we are

Founded in 2021, Ethermed started with a mission: What if we could use AI to solve prior authorizations and remove the barriers between payers and providers?

Ethermed’s unique SaaS platform uses AI to automatically scan clinical and non-clinical data, pre-fill, and submit prior authorizations—without human involvement. By stitching together siloed data and streamlining interactions between historically adversarial players, we’re addressing a key administrative burden while enabling better coordination of public health interventions across the full spectrum of care and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH).

Today, Ethermed is eliminating the growing volume of administrative overhead, freeing UM teams to focus on patient care and revenue priorities. We’re here to transform healthcare workflows so that providers and payers can concentrate on what truly matters—improving outcomes for patients.
